Young Glory – World At War
The background
8 months. 8 briefs. 8 big-name international judges.
The Young Glory competition is the young creative's version of the Tour de France and in 2018, my art director and I were lucky enough to win it. Read the trade press articles here and here.
In addition to all the (young) glory, we were also flown to Montreal and given the opportunity of a lifetime to present an idea in front of thousands at the C2 Conference. Here's what we presented.
The problem
Climate change is one of the biggest threats to humanity. Unfortunately, the most terrifying thing about climate change is that as a society, we
just aren’t terrified enough. So how do you make climate change the number one priority on the global agenda when no one takes it seriously?
The opportunity
We decided to communicate the threat in a way that the entire world would understand by declaring war on climate change.
